ELVIN MAMMADLI(艾力文) from Azerbaijan is a 2022 doctoral student majoring in world economy at the Institute of Finance and Economics Research,CUFE.He has done a Master's degree from CUFE, majoring ininternational business, and a bachelor's degree from Azerbaijan Economy University,Azerbaijan, majoring in tourism management.
