2024年10月8日，财经研究院留学生Workshop(第10期)成功举办。区域经济学专业的三名二年级留学生分享了自己的研究计划：郑红花展示了她关于数字经济发展对中国城乡移民影响的研究；阮佐兴探讨了官方发展援助（ODA）对越南道路交通基础设施发展的影响；尼龙博检验了汇率波动对东非共同体（EAC）外国直接投资（FDI）流入的影响。赵国钦、赵浚竹、张叶青和闫昊生四位老师出席了活动，他们提供了宝贵的学术反馈，帮助学生完善了他们的研究计划，增强了他们对研究目标和方法论的理解。在主讲人分享之后，与会学生们提出了有启发性的问题，并展开了热烈的讨论。本次活动是研究院提升留学生学术能力的系列活动之一，是财经研究院国际学生教育的重要组成部分，将在提高国际学生教育质量方面发挥重要作用。

On October 8th, 2024, the Institute of Finance and Economic Research (IFER) at CUFE hosted a Student Workshop, offering Master's students a platform to present their research approaches and progress. Three second-year students from the Regional Economics program participated: Trinh Hong Hoa, who presented her research on the development of the digital economy and its impact on migrant labor in China; Nguyen Ta Hung, who explored the effects of ODA on Vietnam’s road traffic infrastructure development; and Joseph Nyalomba, who examined the influence of exchange rate dynamics on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflows in the East African Community (EAC). The event was graced by the presence of four professors— Zhao Guoqin, ZhaoJunzhu, Zhang Yeqing, andYan Haosheng—who provided valuable academic feedback that helped refine the students' research proposals, enhancing their understanding of research goals and methodologies. Following the presentations, a lively Q&A session ensued, with students raising thought-provoking questions that sparked further discussion.
