Expert Profile: Zhang Yeqing is an associate professor at the Institute of Finance and Economics, Central University of Finance and Economics, with remarkable achievements in the finance field. She pursued a PhD in finance at the School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, from 2015 to 2021. During this period, she was a visiting scholar at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, from 2018 to 2019. Her research areas include technological innovation and corporate finance, machine learning and corporate finance, big data and the real economy, labor economics and finance.

Associate Professor Zhang Yeqing has published many papers in renowned journals like Economic Development and Cultural Change, Journal of Financial Markets,Economic Research Journal(经济研究),Journal of Financial Research(金融研究), and Journal of Management Sciencein China (管理科学学报). She has led several research projects, such as a Project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. In teaching, she is in charge of courses like Quantitative Investment, Advanced Macroeconomics, Government Finance and Economics.She has won several honors and awards, like the Third Prize in the Young Teachers Teaching Basic Skills Competition of Central University of Finance and Economics.
